• Feather FHS-10 — Aggressive Feel | For experienced shavers who want maximum edge.  Crafted from single-edge, hi-stainless carbon steel, and enriched with a platinum & PTFE coating.  This ships with Genesis and Dawn razors.
• HiCarbon SE — Moderate Feel | The versatile everyday performer (recommended for most).  Made of high-carbon steel with a chromium / PTFE coating, this delivers a more moderate shave but the blade lasts 4x longer.This ships with each Element razor.
• Gentle Ride - Mild Feel | With a 28% milder edge, this blade gives a close but forgiving shave.  If you like the feel of a cartidge razor, this will be the easiest transtion.

What is the difference between the Element and the Genesis?
Both razors share the same patented pivoting head technology, quick-load blade system, and lifetime warranty. The difference is in materials and who each razor was designed for. The Element uses an anodized aluminum handle with a matte chrome zinc alloy head and is best for light to medium beards. The Genesis is machined entirely from PANACEA German stainless steel, hand-assembled, individually numbered, and is better suited for average to heavy beards. The Genesis is also an heirloom product designed to outlast its owner.

Can women use the Element or Genesis?
The Dawn is the razor specifically engineered for women — with a grip designed for wet conditions, a spring-loaded pivoting head tuned for body shaving, and a form factor built for legs, knees, underarms, and the bikini line. The Element and Genesis are optimized for facial shaving. Women who want to use a OneBlade razor for their face can certainly do so, but the Dawn is the right tool for body shaving.

Do all OneBlade razors use the same blades?
Yes, all 3 of our blades are compatible with any of our razors. Please note that the Element ships with HiCarbon SE blades (chromium/PTFE coated, up to 8 shaves each). The Dawn and Genesis ship with Feather FHS Hi-Stainless blades (2–3 shaves each).

Is the Genesis worth the higher price?
